Green Valley Photography perfectly captured Mallory-Brett Wedding at Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens. So this beautiful wedding incorporated ultra violet color, which is Pantone’s color of the year 2018. In addition, bride’s and bridesmaids’ dresses all looked gorgeous. Moreover, these beautiful photos also highlighted such sweet moments with the children at the wedding. Overall, everything looked perfect such as the gorgeous location, all of the details, and a beautiful couple in love.

From Green Valley Photography:
This wedding was held at the end of March; which was 5 days after the first day of Spring was announced. My biggest advice to getting married during this time is to plan for the weather. So it could be a mild sunshine filled day or it could be heavy rain. Remember the saying ‘April showers bring May flowers’? Both the bride and I checked the weather each day starting from 8 days before her wedding and the forecast was predicted as rain! So we had a rain plan in place at specific indoor spots at this venue. I was also going to bring my clear umbrellas so we can still take at least once outdoor picture where the couple would kiss under the umbrella. Every bride wants beautiful weather for their wedding, but when you are planning so far in advance you really can’t predict what the day will bring. It is always best to choose a venue that looks great inside AND out! Much to our surprise, even though it was in the forecast for passing showers, it did not rain on this wedding day!
Pantone’s Color of the Year 2018 – Ultra Violet was the primary color for this wedding. The bridesmaid’s dresses were both ultra violet and Pantone’s complimentary color ‘rhapsody’, a mauve shade. These colors were also seen on the bridesmaid’s robes, invitations, programs, personalized cocktail napkins, personalized drink kuzies, cornhole boards, and the seating chart. It was the perfect color for this early Spring wedding!
The couple did their first look inside the Botanical Garden’s Orchid Conservatory. It is full of orchids and so many other beautiful flowers with a rock wall water feature. It truly was the picture perfect place for a groom to see his bride for the first time!
So the couple met through the best man and mutual friends in Charlotte, NC in 2012.
And Brett Proposed on his birthday at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC in February 2017, located in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
