Kaylyn-Gavin Wedding at Wayne Newton’s Casa De Shenandoah, Las Vegas, NV
Karissa Russ & Co. perfectly captured beautiful Kaylyn-Gavin Wedding and the photos turned out beautiful even though it rained on and off throughout the day. Bride, Kaylyn, wore a gorgeous wedding dress and had an equally gorgeous bouquet and she looked stunning. Bridesmaids, Groomsmen, and Groom all looked amazing as well. Wedding colors were perfectly incorporated into every detail including a beautiful wedding cake.
Check out Kaylyn-Gavin Wedding as told through the beautiful photos and photographer’s story below.

Driving to the venue the day of, it started sprinkling, I was like oh no! Please hold up. What are the odds it actually rains in Vegas anyways? Well, I was WRONG. It rained on and off just enough to let us get in all of our bridal pictures before hanging out inside the infamous Wayne Newton’s mansion hiding Kaylyn until the ceremony started. We took full advantage of all the beautiful furnishings Wayne Newtons old home had to offer.
Kaylyn and Gavin wanted to keep everything traditional and opted out of doing a first look. So I suggested Kaylyn do one with her father since they are very close. We did it super private just like a traditional first look outside the mansion. Her mom peeped through the windows of the mansion to catch the reactions between father and daughter all the while shedding some tears herself.
We started the ceremony, then of course it starts raining the heaviest it had all day. Wesley (the best man) did such a good job making sure Gavin and Kaylyn had everything they needed. He busted a mission in the middle of the ceremony when they realized Kaylyn forgot her vow book. (No one would have ever noticed if I didn’t tell you) They wrote each other the sweetest vows, I don’t think there was many dry eyes (or people) in the crowd.
The mother son dance song had me in literal tears and many other people who attended the wedding. Gavin’s father is deceased and the mother son dance pulled on a lot of heart-strings.
