Sooo, we were neighbors! Lol. Friends for a long time. After we all parted ways and moved we remained friends, and slowly our friendship blossomed. We finally got engaged after five years just this past summer! It was beautiful, a perfect sunset on Sunset Beach, one of my favorite places, surrounded by family and our children.

Q1: Let’s start at the beginning. How did you two first meet?
A1: We were friends! We actually knew each other for years before we started dating.
Q4: Give us all the details about the proposal. How and where did it happen? Was it a surprise? What was the planning process?
A4: I had anticipated that it would happen, and in fact had expected it for every holiday starting with Christmas 2017! Each opportunity went by and I kept getting more confused! He was waiting for just the right moment. Every year in July we take a big family vacation with my whole family, and one of our favorite spots is Sunset Beach in Cape May. He proposed on that beach, right during the most magnificent sunset ever, with all our family watching. He even asked the kids beforehand!
Q6: Are you excited to start planning your wedding day? Do you have any ideas in mind yet?
A6: The wedding is close upon us! I’m so excited, and ready to relax and enjoy our special day. We are already a family, but I can’t wait to be married to him!
